Pet Care With Lee
With over 14 years of experience caring for dogs and cats, I strive to give all animals the most attention and best quality of life they deserve. I am eager to be around energetic animals or wind down with those who just need a bit of company. Whether you need a reliable house sitter, drop-in visit, dog walker, or information on my favorite nutritional products, I will provide you with the highest level of trust you could expect from your closest friend or family member. Serving the far-south Lincoln area only and owners who expect exceptional care of their animals.
Your Pet Care Solutions
As a Certified Personal Trainer, I absolutely love exercising and being outside. I will be thrilled to have your dog(s) join me for a walk on any type of day, rain or shine. I have experience with some of the biggest, strongest dogs, and am up for any challenge. I always carry pepper spray on our walks. I have attended a few dog training classes as well.
For house sitting and drop-in visits, I will arrive first thing in the morning and last thing at night around your preferred times along with 1 drop-in visit (maybe 2) during the day to make sure everything is cared for and safe. These visits are around 20 to 30 minutes long. Your animal(s) will be fed, taken out, and walked on their regularly planned schedule to keep their routine functioning seamlessly for when you return home. Your dog(s) will never be left outside unattended.
I will take notice of your animal's actions especially after physical activity, feeding or hydrating them if necessary. Treats will not be given without permission. I have administered oral and injected medications, and will feel more comfortable after being shown how to administer them to your animal(s).
You will receive amazing pictures of your animal(s) while you are away and I will do my best to make them feel like you never left. I am happy to water your plants, collect mail, packages, or take care of any other tasks around the house that may need done.
As a reminder, my visits to your home are around 20 to 30 minutes long. I'm happy to stop by 3 (maybe 4) times a day if necessary. I will stay the night for an extra fee of one million dollars, so most likely not unless you absolutely need it.

Availability
I have part-time availability, flexible hours, and openings on weekends to fit your every need into my schedule. I am up for the challenge of meeting your requests, day or night. I respect my clients' homes like I do my own. While we can not guarantee our animals will never have an accident, I am there to make sure the animals continue to have a clean, safe, and loving environment. Your animal(s) will be stimulated with their favorite activities, toys, and at the very least remain happy with my company. If permitted, your dog(s) will be walked on different routes each time to keep experiences fresh and enjoyable. If you have any special requests, please let me know.

Lee is the BEST rover anyone could ask for! He communicated at every visit he even stayed to talk to the bird when I told him to leave early! My daughter said I could be best friends with this guy as he shares her love of animals. Absolutely 1000% recommend using Lee!

Our experience using Rover for the first time and trusting Lee with our two goldendoodles was absolutely perfect! Lee dropped in 3x a day for bathroom breaks, once a day walk, and just general socialization while we were out of town. Lee kept us so well informed of their check in status that we never once had any concerns or issues. The daily photos Lee sent showed the sheer happiness in their eyes which put us at ease. Lee was very cognizant of their eating habits and paid attention when it took one of our dogs a bit longer to adjust to our absence. Lee was at our house like clockwork and we never had to worry about our pups being taken care of when they needed it. He left us a kind note and some printed pictures from their time together which was just the icing on the cake of an already excellent experience. If I could rate this experience as higher than 5 stars I would do it in a heartbeat!

Lee was amazing with our dog while we were out of town. She is typically scared of men and warmed up to him so quickly and looked forward to her daily walks with Lee while we were away:) His communication and professionalism were amazing and he also gave us the cutest card with photos of our dog he snapped during walks upon our return. Lee did a wonderful job taking care of our boys, Ghost and Shadow! Shadow can be particularly territorial and does not like new people, especially men. Lee took the time to get to know him, and won him over quickly. By the end of our vacation, they were all lifelong friends! I am so happy with how well he took care of our little rascals! Lee did an excellent job from the meet & greet all the way through caring for my 3 dogs for an overnight booking. He was on time. Importantly, he listened carefully to all of the instructions and had a long list of questions for me as well, then repeated what I requested of him. He stayed in close communication with me the entire time giving me his schedule and updating me as the day progressed. One of my dogs is blind and diabetic. He gave me updates when the insulin was given and that it was successful. He sent many pictures that looked like a professional took them. I came home to my house better than I left it. My fur babies were calm and comfortable. I could tell they had an excellent experience too! Lee was kind enough to leave me a hand written thank you note with a stack of printed pictures of my dogs. Overall, if I could give him more than a five-star rating, I would. He far surpassed my expectations.

What a fabulous experience! Lee was very attentive from our first communication to leaving a sweet picture of Millie when he was done. Upon arriving home I found my dog was in great spirits, my flowers were watered and the mail was on the counter. Simply one of the best Rover experiences I’ve had. Millie has requested we invite Lee to come again. I definitely will.

Lee is fantastic for house sits, highly recommended! He took great care of our menagerie of cats, dogs, birds, fish, and a spider, and he handled the complexity of managing a number of elderly pet health needs and medications without any hesitation. He also was totally fine with it when our flights home were disrupted and the pets needed a little more care. Reliable, responsible, thoughtful—and a good pet photographer, which is always a plus when you leave your pets behind and miss them!!

Lee was great with my dog over the weekend! We have tried normal boarding for him and he hated it, but absolutely loved hanging out with Lee!! he sends several pictures through the time he is watching your pet, and the picture he needs are phenomenal!! I will definitely be asking him to watch my dog next time I go out of town!

Lee took care of my cat for three days and he was excellent! He came over twice a day and fed my cat while I was on vacation. My cat is typically shy around new people but warmed up quickly to Lee's friendly personality. I asked if he could stay additional time to play with my cat as well and Lee was happy to! I even received photos and videos of them playing which made my day! I will definitely be asking him again to pet sit and would recommend his services!

Lee looked after my little 13 year old dog for 6 weeks while I was in New Zealand. He took exceptional care of her and also was happy to take her to her weekly veterinary appointments where she was receiving acupuncture and fluids for a health challenge. Lee is a founder and business owner providing optimal health and wellness solutions for humans and animals. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a huge fan of Pittsburgh Penguins hockey, and by age 17 found a passion for personal training specializing in weight loss and healthy aging. Lee offers an online personal training subscription called "Fit Camp" along with reliable pet care services to local residents.
Terms of Service
I understand that I am solely responsible for any harm caused by my pet(s) while my pet(s) is/are attending walks, pet sitting or any activities with Lee. I assume all related risks, both known or unknown to me, of my participation in this service.
I also understand and agree that in releasing my pet(s) in Lee's care, Lee has relied upon my representation that my pet(s) is/are in good health and have not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other pet. I further understand that due to the way that pets interact with one another, minor cuts and scratches can occur even though the pets are carefully supervised at all times.
While my pet(s) is/are in the care and custody of Lee, if I am unreachable in the event of an emergency, I hereby authorize Lee, his agents, and/or representatives to seek immediate veterinary care for my pet. I agree to be financially responsible for any and all costs in connection with, veterinary, medical or other treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own pet insurance.
I hereby release and agree to save and hold harmless, Lee, his directors, officers, shareholders, employees, assistants, members and agents from any and all liability, claims, including claims of Lee negligence, suits, actions, loss, injury or damage of any nature or kind, or for any liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury or damage which I or my pet(s) may sustain or which may be caused in any way by my pet(s). I specifically, without limitation, agree to fully indemnify Lee for any and all such liability, claims, suits, actions, losses, injury or damage.
I certify that I have read and understand the rules and regulations set forth herein and that I have read and understand this agreement. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations and accept all the terms, conditions and statements of this agreement and confirm the truthfulness of the contents of the Application form completed by me. Although we carefully screen all applicants, occasionally we discover that this is not an appropriate service for every pet. Lee reserves the right to permanently remove a pet from our services at any time.
Always consult your veterinarian before beginning any nutrition or exercise program. If you choose to use these products or information without prior consent of your veterinarian, you are agreeing to accept full responsibility for your decisions and agreeing to hold harmless Lee, his agents, employees, contractors, any affiliated companies and brands from any liability with respect to injury or illness to you, your animal, or your property arising out of or connected with your use of the information contained within our services, email newsletter, or our website.
